• info on 960 locker diff wanted

I'm scrapping the old 960 and pretty sure it should have a locker diff.

Does any one have any pictures to help identify it?

Easiest way mate is free the handbrake release it etc and spin one wheel slowly it acts like a normal diff, but spin it fast and you should feel it lock and see both wheels turn the other way but if you go on tbricks there is an article on the G80 locker on there.

buy this months practical performance car , theres an article you might find useful .

best way is to take the diff cover off (prepare for oil) - the diffs can wear out , and in that case impossible to tell as locker or not .

Well I decided to pull it out and have a look and it does look to be a locker diff
