Yet another decent 300 that's more than likely gonna be thrashed and trashed by the drift kiddies :(

Makes my heart weep sometimes.

Trouble is, these cars aren't rare or unique enough yet for the classic car enthusiasts to bother to save........ However, if they had an Alfa or Lancia badge on the boot, It'd be a different story!

Got an email back from the chap selling this 360, and he said that he has thrown away the rear seats, seat belts and parcel shelf  but everything else on the car works.

What I should have asked him was how many of the claimed 45k miles have been done sideways :)

Not much by the description man.

Looks like a project abandoned early?

Before much real harms done?

Andy P is breaking a 340 with the same interior as this ;)

I might well take the fronts out of Andy's (havn't spoken to him yet to see if they still about), though not sure what I need yet! Argh, need moar space again. I won't be having any more rears though, so that would fit well.

Sorry for getting all teary-eyed and emotional in my previous post folks!

It just really annoys me when a perfectly usable (and restorable!) car is wasted.
( my pet hate are those people who buy MG Metro turbos, rip the engine out of them for a mini project, and scrap or ebay the rest.....)

Fair comment man.

Dont think youd get much argument out of anyone on that score.

The other crime is perfectly good BX 16vs and 405 MI-16s being scrapped for their engines for swaps into 205s.

Now that is a crime the 405 mi16 and bx 16v are fantastic sleeper performance cars just not many left now :( 205 is just a nice handling tin box nothing that special not worth killing other good cars over
