Welcome to the forum nick.
Is it the 360glt youre taking?

looks like a nice example if it is.

Cant help you with the heated seat problem, but im sure someone will be along with a nice simple answer for you.
the knowledge stored up on this forum covers solutions to just about every concievable 300series problem.

None of it comes from me unfortunatly.

Good luck with it though man.

It's normally either the switch panel at fault, or the heater element itself (thin wires like an electric blanket- get broken really easily).
If it's the panel, either a good clean or a working used replacement will do. Very easy job.
If it's the elements forget it, best off with new seats. I've had 5 300s now and only 2 had working heaters. Including my current daily driver. A warm bum in winter is a fine thing indeed.
