B18 vs B200 cams..

are they compatible? I'm looking for something "bit wilder" and Piper lists cams for B18 are these any good for for B200?

The B18 is the old ohv engine and the cam is totaly different. Unless they are referring to the renault B18 as fitted to the 400 series but again totaly differnt.
