Might be able to sort one for you at some point, all the bolts are removed from the front wings on the crashed 360, with the intention of keeping them, as they aren't too bad, just need to take them off. I'll see what I can do, unless anyone else has anything they can lay their hands on quickly.

its not urgent or owt, i'm just curious as to how bent it is - there seems to be a lot of metal there - particularly on the wheel, thats got to have come from somewhere.

I have no photo but the panel under the wing has a similar shape to the actual wing. The arch sticks out quite abit underneath, have a look at the other side to get an idea.

Yeah... It CAN be saved, just need to weld a new part where it's totally crushed...

yeah anything can be saved, its just a question of cost. and this is a cost thats worth more than the car. shame, really :(

It will always be the case!!! Volvos 300 have no value anymore and each "important" repair will cost more than the car... Real shame you have to scrap it...

the bit i was talking about is the bit pictured -its part of the frame - ie cant be unbolted.

having said that, if its that badly dented from an impact that was pushing along the car, not into the side, then i strongly suspect other parts will be mullered too (door hinges, for one)

edit : i recon the damage is between £2000 and £3000. a *new* door and wing, in that colour (getting them second hand, without scrapping another volvo just for that task would be impossible imo) would probably cost well over £1000, then the cutting/welding in there (probably need an engine lift) would also be stupid money. not to mention the costs involved in checking the rest of the chassis is ok.. if anyone wants to try they're welcome to the car if i get it back from that guys insurers, i simply dont have that money
