hi all, since i got my 340 there has been a whirring noise coming from the back (gearbox??) when in neutral, if you dip the cluch it stops and starts again if you raise it. could anyone help please bit concerned about this!

It's probably jsut the sound of teh prop spinning. I would also recomend the check the gearbox oil and while your there check the diff oil.

much easier, thrust bearing.
could also be the last bearing on the clutch housing. this last one can be "regreased" if you have a bicycle-oil spray or something like that
