webber carbs

i have been thinking lately on tuning my 1.7 gl by putiing webber carbs on it or bike carbs

but

does anybody know what bhp roughly it would take it to?

plus what parts would i need to fit them up?

where abouts can i get a manifold from?

and when you say fuel pump im gueing you mean an uprated one which would be the best type and also where would i get one from?

soz for the questions, i just dont have a clue about performance i only know about the looks of a car, even that dont go right lol
