Hi dose anybody know if it is posible to fit manual dif gears into an auto as the final drive in the auto is about 4.5 and i want about 3.8.

Oooh, the auto's a very different beast to the manual. unfortunately the diffs are not at all similar on the outside, maybe by some odd coincidence the crown wheels are the same but I heavily doubt it. I know what you mean about the CVT being under-geared though, maybe fit some 20" wheels?

Its for my track day daf a want to build, it will have 15" wheels and 50 profile tyres but with a 1.4 engine i will run out of reves at about 95 on long straits

From what I've seen of the vario rear end, they won't be compatible...
