This really shocked me, maybe should be happy that not yet microchips under skin and goverment's cameras at home for your 'safety' ?
How long until your opinions are being monitored and you find yourself from prison when thinking wrong way.
Best part was that even swimmers crossing chanal are required to do that detailed explanation and still they claim it to be preventing booze tourism. Something tells me they are not telling the truth.
You need to force goverment change their plans or soon you find being slaves with antenna pointing out from neck
Oh and still they fail to stop few car wrecking maniacs

Yup, according to this, I'll have to have photo ID to go home... I'm thinking of getting a dinghy and sailing just to spite them tbh, I've wanted a dinghy for a while anyway.

No $hit sherlock
Intresting read.
Whilst I can see where the e police are coming from, the fact that no Gov't body can manage to hold on to any data they receive should be of grave concern for the masses.

There was one related news that I forgot to add to first post, but I add it now here:
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/ ... cials.html
Do they announce these things in papers masses actually do read (like that toilet paper called Sun), well of course not, everything is prepared in secrecy, then machined trough parliament voting (or whatever system is needed at minium) and all of sudden you find new laws being applied, that is what I hate in our current system and our system is copied from yours with quite bit of delay
Best thing is to spread news and hope masses will get info before it is too late, maybe some spamming and online petition before it even goes official law, then just hope for best.
In 2-3 years they might do something similar in here, we have quite lot of booze tourism too which is good leverage for them to get approval of those persons that have this taking care and control attitude who then without thinking any further, make law go trough, so majority is really not needed, only that specific group, that group will then turn rest so that majority to support it, annoying, but that is how it goes here.

Nowt wrong with the Sun, normal people read tabloids hoity toity types read the Mail, Express etc imo.
The thing about this though is IT WON'T WORK, simple as that, nothing the Goverment implements nowadays is feasible or works properly
The guy speaking out about it Chris Grayling is my local councilor, actualy seems like he is working for what people want, not what the goverment wants.

Our local tabloid similar to the Sun
http://translate.google.com/translate?p ... auto&tl=en I'll say same toilet paper
How about our latest, using neighbourg's WLAN is illegal now in here, that means
ANY use of it, including that if you buy new computer and start is first time, it automatically logs in to first open wlan it sees and boom there you just did commited a crime
I don't know why politicians seem to be more and more like brainless maggots and making laws that even baby can see they are not going to work.
Oh yes, if they think that all people will fill in 90 questions at web page every freaking day, they must live in some parallel universe, what if web page has problem, then they are allowed to fine £5000? Instanity. I'm really interested if this will really go live at some point, it really should not, but you never know today.

I dig holes for a living but read The Times.
People have two choices in life.
Read a tabloid and discover which has been celeb is bucking who.
Or read a quality daily and discover real news and walk with your eyes wide open.
It's as simple as that end of discussion.
I know what I'd rather do and for those who don't I've a bucket of sand for the purpose of head burial.

News is gay.
Thats all from the news.
If yous want to argue about whose paper is the best/biggest etc, we might as well be back at school.
Each to their own.
You cant win against the system. Sad but true.
Fightings good fun though.
My credo- 'make me.'
And thats all Ive got to say about that.

Aye, fighting is good fun when it is against big faceless evil thing
Here we have tabloids and some papers that try to follow tabloids, but we don't have paper that would meet my standards, so I stick with The Onion really
Some local papers are sometimes surprisingly good, but most papers have strong political connection and are guided by political parties, so there are some things never appearing to papers before it is too late.
Oh yes, did you read about that guy from UK that got gazo to flash with Model T Ford? Must be first ticket with that kind of car
Well that was just in news here, probably old news in there, lmao.

These days I get most of my news from alternate internet source. The mass media is controlled to a scary degree. The reality you are spoon fed has little to do with what is really going on in the world. My first point of call is usually

Thing with news is, it one persons perspective of an event. The Hillsbrough tragedy was origonally reported in the press as a football hooligan riot. Even to the ambulace services on site at the time.
Ive been told not to eat beef, egg, salmon etc all very urgently by the news and all have later been exposed as sensationalist scares.
Its the same as every other part of life, i wouldnt necisarilly believe something a stranger in he street told me. I dont think having a stranger write something down necisarilly adds any extra creedance either.
Propaganda and news are two ways of describing the same thing, dependant on whos writing the news.
If you believe everything you read then you really dont need to think any more at all.
I supose im an old sceptic. Suspect everything. Suspicious from the off.
Papers have been known to copy incorrect facts blindly from Wiki, posted by people like, well, me.

though in hindsight, i can see how 'the news is gay' didnt proppery convey my thoughs on the subject too consisely origonally.
