Not sure if anyone else is watching it, but I was hoping not. (may backfire now)
Am desperate for a new daily and this would be idea as its a 340 cheap and not far from me.
Unfortunatly because of a faulty internet connection via my phone I didnt place a bid i the closing seconds last time it was up for sale.

Anyway, I know its a bit cheeky but i'd appreciate it if nobody from the forum bid the price up. As I said im in desperate need for a daily as the metro will be taking longer than expected (due to lack of funds), PLUS you'll have a new Volvo member :D
PLUS, yes another reason, i NEED the car to get me to work and so I can spend more money on the car and give it lots of loving.

PLEASE?? sm4

Will be looking for parts if i win this i.e. bonnet, and doors, possibly wheels too.

Thanks,

Pie :)

Looks like it only needs a couple of bits to turn out spanking too man.
And itd be cool to get it into the V3M fold.
Good luck with the bidding dude.

I reckon if you put a maximum bid of £150 you'll end-up winning the auction. Even nowadays, people don't pay silly money for semi-dead 340's.

Well, except me, where dodgy Vario's are concerned...

Yeah, ill still put a bid on.

Just thought I'd ask to see if anyone on here was going to bid, as i don't want to be paying £150 if the other person bidding is a V3M member and doesn't really need the car, and the price is just being bumped up from a bargain to 'meh not a bad price' :?

This is a good thing, I was really tempted despite the distance and lack of space in my unit. Go for it!

Cheers John, good thing I put this up then.

Will need the likes of doors, possibly bonnet (tempted to keep the rotten bonnet  ) and Rad, although I think VND may have sorted me a rad.
So if anyone has a drivers front and rear door, then let me know. If their already in faded red then even better

This has been listed a few times and he wont end out of ebay. I was going to buy it, but if you're going for it then carry on mate. It's not that far from me (about 30min), so if you need somewhere for a cuppa on thw way home I'll sort you out. It sold for £200 last time but the bloke who won it didnt manage to sort out his trailer.

Yeah ive noticed it up twice before. First time starting bid was £150, he got no bids, then he listed it starting at £50 again no bids (i missed it as my phones internet was playing up  ) So i sent him a message saying I was happy to pay the £50 starting bid, which is what I would have paid as no one else bid, but he relisted. So will have to bid again. Hopefully it'll be 3rd time lucky.

Cheers for the offer, depending on where you are in Wales, may take you up o the offer of a cuppa.
I'm only in worcestershire though, so 60miles away, a nice lil trip down the M50.

Caerphilly mate on the way I think. He set me a message the other day saying if you don't bid you don't get, so he's pretty sure it'll go on ebay, so your chances are great. Get in there!

Yeah I couldn't be arsed with all that considering I was so close and thought he just wouldn't bother with ebay. But the bloke is determined give him that. So are you bidding?
