However, judging by foggy's cars an action clip might be difficult

Re: Mr. Foggyjames, sir
Not yet....
However, my 343 was giving exactly the same no-start condition, and it was soon fixed using a screwdriver, a small funnel, and a can of fuel, so I think it should be easy to sort out. I need to find an HT lead for it (thanks to Ozzy
), but apart from that, it should go...
Sadly it's not so pretty at the moment. It's not bad for rust...but it's far from perfect, either. It needs four door skins, a screen surround, and a pair of "butt cheeks" (spare wheel wells).
cheers
James

Ooh, I may well be in touch.
Steve...didn't you bail on a meet because your car (leaving aside the fail-tastic nature of said car...) wasn't working...?
cheers

Re: Mr. Foggyjames, sir
It's happened three times in total....that being the first. The third time, I'd just drained the tank, and put half a can back in. It didn't make it 1 mile down the road...

Re: Mr. Foggyjames, sir
I remember when i first ran out of petrol, id just been pulled over by the police and my car stopped literally as they flashed me
so they helped me push the car to a parking spot
and let me off with a warning.

Re: Mr. Foggyjames, sir
It has happened to me twice in 360, first time at intersection and second time right after I did exit from driveway, mind you fuel gauge did show almost 1/4 tank left in both cases
Later I did fix fuel gauge sender unit by bending arm a little and cleaning contacts so after that I had no problems with 360.
Nowdays it is quite hard to run out of fuel, need to keep at least half tank fuel as need to travel so long trips and filling fuel tank at 5am is not one of my favorite hobbies
