cams, b200k & b200e any diference?

hi, looking at the scrapyard i found a some 300 series one of them with a b200k the carburetor engine, and i would like if there is any diference betwen the b200e cam and b200k cam.
if there is any diference, wich one is better???
the cams have got any nomenclature or inscription where put wich cam they are??

Check out the "Specifications" green book in the tech resources section:

... and go to page 42 in the pdf. According to that, the B200K has an "L" or "Y" (Nordic) cam, the B200E an "A" cam. Just to complete the list, the B200F has an "M" cam.
"Which is better?"
A question I'll leave to the experts ;-)

thanks a lot there is a lot of great information i need, reading i think the b200k is not better than the b200e for me becouse of the valve height is less than mines.

A cam is much better than the L or Y cam... but it's still fairly sedate for a N/A car. Atleast a K or H cam would be wanted for fun factor :D

So what's so special about the M cam in my B200F then? (other than that it "only" has 109 bhp.) I never knew the cat versions hat a different cam in the head before ...

Oh, and LU Jet rather than LE Jet ...
