I do have a manual that came with 360 GLT, but what is the best grade of oil for the beast with 103 on the clock ?

Any 10w 40 should do you right.

Currently running my B14 on Valvoline Maxlife 10W-40, no idea if it's actually any better than the rest but it didn't cost that much. Although the B14 is a completely different beast, the Volvo oil recommendations don't seem to vary from engine to engine. You're just supposed to take into account ambient temperature on starting and typical driving conditions. Very cold --> needs lower W viscosity rating. 5W-40 or even 0W-30. Very warm or longer trips at higher engine speeds --> higher viscosity. 15W-40, maybe even 20W-50. Also depends a bit on engine wear. If it's well worn (high mileage), you may need to stick to higher viscosity engine oils as it can start "drinking" lots of it. But if there's no noticeable loss of oil, then 10W-40 will be fine.
