Due to his recent aquisition of an S60, my brother needs to move his very nice 340. Would love to buy it from him, to use as a daily, but funds not available at the mo.

Car is a 1991 H, 5 door in grey. Typical pampered 340 - done 82k, with absolutely loads and loads of history- all books, service stamps and an inch thick file of reciepts !. Very clean inside, underneath excellent, never been welded. Body has usual minor scratches and small dings, but paint is original, and apart from a scab on sill under N/S rear door drain hole, and slight corrosion on O/S wheelarch, is in good nick.

Mechanically superb - just has slight oil leak at timing chain cover (damp rather than leaking, and have new gasket and seal - just no time to do!). Has recently had new drive belts , and has just had complete new centrifugal clutch ( to Volvodspec for his invaluable advice). Box now performs exactly how it should, and car is genuinely a pleasure to drive. Only issue I can think of is usual intermittent central locking. Currently SORN`ed, but has 12 months MOT.
