Ok, Ive had some V3M Calling Cards made up from a mate with a stupidly gigantic trade discount.
So stick them under windscreen wipers when you spot a 300.
Pass them out at meets/shows.
Tear them up for roach-material.
Throw them at each other as cardboard ninja death-stars.
It matters not to me

Theyre free, and Ive got a big stack, so if youd like a handfull ( say 20 each ) just drop me a PM.

How it works:

1.Send me a self addressed envelope with a stamp on.
2.I send you back some buisness cards.
3. You have more luck with women and young boys wand to be like you.

ha ha ha. you pretty much ARE the German Volvo 300 community Tom!

There are a few others, mainly Vario fans in the DAF scene. Other than that, there are lots of "I-used-to-have-one-of-those" 240 owners

this isnt going too well.

I am glad that I havent sent you my donation for the V3M yet, cos now I can kill 2 birds with one stone. I will go round stalking car parks now and even take a trip to Bognor where all the old people with 300's tend to end their lives in ingnorance, blissfully unaware that we are just waiting for them to kark it, so we can get our grubby little hands on their most prized possession. No not the bingo dibber, but the keys to their volvos 300's which have been lovingly cared for, driven just once a month in dry sunny weather and garaged and maticulously maintained. Sod the price of gold and the money that can be made from house clearances, just give me the keys and the log-book, I promise that I will take car of the car. Lol..

All that and the women will want a bit, count me in.

I've even got a chat up line worked out,it is: "Please will you drive my Volvo, you see I am blind and can't get it home".

Still enjoying the 300s from the passenger seat should win you some kind of award i recon.
That really does show a love for the beast.

My eyesight problems are a blessing realy. If I could see properly, I may have not got over the shock of seeing myself in a mirror for the first time. Uglyness is a cross that I can bear, because it is everybody else that has to look at me.

I do as you so rightly say, Love the "300" and will be so happy when my glt is delivered. It is going to cost a fortune to get it the way I want it, but at the end of it, then I will have a special car. Just look at my signiture at the bottom of each of my posts and you will get what I am about.
