Worth an ask... passing up an AC'd car at that price would sting.

It'll have a cat, looks like a late '91, same as Kar. GLE interior, leccy mirrors and windows and cat were all standard. Just the AC I'm dubious about.

Moving to garage-equiped accomadation in the new year.

I'd be surprised if it had aircon, only the earlier cars in the UK seemed to get them (ie. pre 88) and I've never seen a 340 with it over here?

Maybe Air-Con would've been an optional extra on the run-out cars - this one certainly seems late enough...

the car sold yesterday before he got back to me with pics of the air con controls!
He swore it definitely haid air con though.

Did he send pics of the heater controls?

Volvo never did an AC kit for the B172 that I'm aware of (early B14 cars, yes, and B19/200s pretty much throughout production), so it was either aftermarket, or I'm calling shens.
