i tried to adjust my rear koni adj dampers but i cant get the bump stop out its in there soild
anyone got any tips on how to remove them?
and anyone know how stiff they go??

There's a Koni leaflet in that big wad of paperwork I gave you - i think I had them set to 3 half turns out of a possible 5 - can't remember how many clicks there are but they're set at a little over half maximum stiffness. So will go quite a bit stiffer! There are holes in the casing to stick a wee phillips screwdriver through and lever out the bump stops if I remember correctly.
