i can do the whole lot.....
got this weekend free so im going to copy some more video onto pc(hopefully with sound this time),but could do with some help with it. ie settings,res,format etc as i wasnt impressed last time with quality.

Mmmmmm, nice, where on earth did you dig those?

As for video, I do use XVid codec, mostly because it's free, compression is very tight but still video quality is great. I do set quality to around 90-95%

As for resolution, normally clips in internet are around 320x240. My homepage contains few videos, also there is link to XVid codec on video page.

I compress audio to MP3, but I'm thinking of moving to OGG as it is again free codec.
