(maybe you need to include a piece of rebar in the package to prevent the lip from getting knackered... )

No idea how much the P&P would be, it's not a heavy item though from what I remember... I'd estimate between 5-10 pounds delivery. The saloon lip spoiler is quite hardy so I think a thick cardboard wrapping would suffice actually, as long as you can't bend it it'll be fine
