Any of them, but you probably want to be using a v3 board with the MS-II processor. I would read the manual to find out more. You'll be there a while, but you'll learn a lot!

That's right - it's a custom system, so you need to adapt it to fit your car. It's a hobby in itself. You might make 150bhp with a decent cam and a full performance exhaust (including manifold)...but probably not. Beyond that, you'll need to look at the intake manifold (throttle bodies) and some cylinder head work.

www.enem.se
www.kgtrimning.com

Take a look there to start with. Also look for second hand Volvo "K" and "H" cams.

can i go for the H cam on my B19E and leave it just the way it is ?
i have made a modification to the engine ....i have changed the air filter with a pro filter (injen made in usa) and in first and second gear it has more power, then with the last sport filter ..... i will upload a picture when i get back from the university .
can i use just the H cam and change the exhaust to gain some power(plus the air filter that i have, it has cost me 120 euro) ? i don't realy like the carb ideea( i have to take out the EFI )

It will work...but LE-Jet probably won't provide the correct fuelling to get the most out of it. A few years ago Ali put a V cam in his B200E (in place of the A cam), and if anything it was slower.

Changing to carbs isn't bad - the injection loom comes out very easily (5 minutes), then you just need a suitable regulator, and you're off! MS and throttle bodies would probably be better, though.

Changing the exhaust (including the manifold) and the cam will make a difference...but you probably won't make 150bhp. You might get close...I'm not sure exactly how much you will gain from the exhaust. You'll probably need to replace the standard fuel injection system (and fit something like Megasquirt) to get the best of it...but try it and see!

cheers
