The software they use is programmed to react to topics with words like "spam" in. So actually talking about the spam makes the spam spam worse spam spam.

In a few days there will be no spam, it just means currently they've found a weakness in phpbb3. The spam will disappear because they can't stay "active" for long without a trace being put on them. I KNEW uni was useful for something And we'd have no spam at all if eastern countries would actually get web standard authorities.

We shoot spammers to knee, but in Russia they just disappear, that's eastern countries way

However our officials are no good at anything, for example once my ISP did help to relocate world's largest spammer to Russia after they got busted few years ago, officials did not even bothered to give note to ISP.

Also our jail system is big joke, it is not long ago that one guy from Estonia did rob two banks here, first time he did not get punishment at all, 2nd time he got 2 weeks jail, he planned to complain from too short jail time as he did like how clean and warm it was in jail and it was cold outside where honest homeless people lives (yes we have hundreds of those, but they are kept secret)...
