considering the 300 exhaust i'm not supprised it's feels slower. your downpipe in the 300's is the most twisted peice of shite i've ever seen.

200's have a much better one.

Yes, but bear in mind that these bolts are stretch bolts that are angle tightened until they go into plastic deformation. I would therefore change the lot of them to be on the safe side and ensure you get the correct force on them.

Stage 1: 20Nm
Stage 2: 60Nm
Stage 3: Angle tighten 90 degrees ...

check the part number and look in pre 89-90 non-turbo 700's and 200's, 940's will be LH2.4 so likely no use to you,

try and find an old 79-80 240 with b23E, it'll be a H cammed 140hp beasty. then run some headers off it, and use your stock intake.
