Sunroof not fixed yet. The fault comes from the two plastic bits on which the roof is fixed. Of course there are no longuer available anywhere. I am looking at the possibility to have them redone in a special resin used by dentist. Let's see how it goes.

This must probably my fist post on this side of the forum. I am a French member of the V3M club and I just bought a 360 with sunroof. Unfortunatly, I experience the usual problems: the roof does not close properly, the cover panel has got scratches and I the famous small plastic part on ...

Hi mates,

On the 360, this protection becomes dry and fall into pieces. You can find some protection to replace it in different places:

- Protections for boats engines is very good and a lot cheaper than the car' ones. It's of course fire resistant.

- You may find the protection parts in a car ...

I'm thinking about fitting some on my GLT and maybe on the GLS if I change into a R version.

So it would be 1 or 2 pairs.

It's the 1.4 isn't it?

If your problem is the one I'm thinking of, you loose your brakes when the engine is in high temperatures. I mean, it happens when you've been driving few miles, isn't it?
