Colour coded door handles!!!

Post by 340GLT »

Has anyone else ever thought of colour coding door and boot handles? I tried it with a spare set yesterday and i think they look good. I have also modified a rear passenger handle to use to delock the passenger door!! Just gonna wait a while till the paint is tottally sorted then i will put them on the car!! Anyway here is some pics so what you guys think?

Looks good!
I will do that too but I think I'll skip the chrome parts.

I like the look of those mate. Often handles, filler caps etc can stick out too much on a car, so to colour code them is a nice plan. My only concern would be how hard wearing the paint is, as finger nails, rings etc may scratch the handles a bit. Nice touch though.

That is one of the reasons I will not paint the chrome. The other reason is I like a few chrome parts on my car. It stops it from going all gray and dull...
