I think i already know the answer but is this a main dealer part or is there a place i can get them from
also 2 door door seals i could do with as well

I might be wrong but that looks like a mk3
with mk1/2 rear clusters.

This might help, just get a few metres length and cut it to the door trim size. Might be able to use it on the lights too. . .

can also get the stuff on ebay too. And as Mark says, they are MK1/2 rear clusters.

i know there mk1/2 lights a lot better looking than the mk3s plus they were cheap
just the seals have had it in all the lights so they would let water in i need the seal that goes round the light unit its self and i cant find a cheap replacement
