certain lights not working

i took out my rear light today and when i put it back in 1 of the bulbs from the lights isnt working, either is the brake light or the numberplate light, i swapped a bulb from the other side to the brake light and it ddint work so i put it back and now that ones not working. any ideas?

They have terrible earths, check the connections. The holders copper connections can go limp, just need bending out a bit more. I re-wired mine, I got proper frustrated with them always shaking loose and not working!

iv fiddled with them and got them to work but my left reverse light isnt coming on. are both the reverse lights ment to come on?
