today I followed through the guide for fault search in the cvt vacuum system. Everything seemed fine, except that the upshift one didn't click above 1800rpm. It doesn't suck as well. So I took the EMV apart, and it appears, that the coil is broken, you can pull one end out
Just because of that get a expensive reworked EMV, might be too much.
One of my friends threw in the idea the coils might be some standard part they bought in, anybody know if you can still get that somewhere?
Thanks for your answers and be kind as English isn't my first language if I messed some sentences up
Hello, the main CVT expert was MAC, but he passed away a year ago or so. Ben Charlton is the top man these days. I will msg him for you via facebook. Ta jc

Thank you guys for your answers for now!
i followed the guide which is pinned to the top in this forum section.
Yes indeed, it is about the coils in the 4way valve, and yes i'm very certain its broken, you can pull out one of these connector pins and it has like 1,5cm wire left.
Multimeter also says infinite amount of resistance, so no connection through coil.
but no pics right now, would need to get it from my buddy who is an electrician.
@benji: i should already be in the faceook group actually will have a look there
Unwinding could be a little more than just 1 wind, as it seems that its the inner end of the coil ....
I am going to give it a try tomorrow evening, will keep you updated
We did just that, but thanks for the idea!
Resoldered the but to the connector and now getting the same resistance as with the other coil, so should be alright now
Just gonna get myself a new diode, because we fried it testing resistance and measure the tachometric relay and it's all done
Well, i havent written for quite a time now...
I managed to get everything going again finally.
Coil works perfectly, had to replace the diode and the transistor in the relay, installed the backup diode aswell
now everything works how it should, I am really happy
