Headlight wipers 244---->360

Would a 244 headlght wiper be able to fit in the 360, if yes that would be great!!!

Do you just mean the wiper blade, or the whole system?

The motor & wiper arms are 300-specific AFAIK, if you're just looking for blades you might want to look out for those on Volvo 700's ...

I just cross referenced the parts for wiper blades (I'll be needing them soon too). It depends on your chassis number:

Bosch 3 398 113 084 will fit

Volvo 300 up to chassis no. 120999
Ford Sierra 01.87 - 02.93
Volvo 700 81 - 92

Bosch 3 398 113 041 will fit

Volvo 300 from chassis no. 121000
Fiat Ducato
Honda Accord (83-85)
Opel Manta (75-88 )
Peugeot 604 (08.77 - 07.87)
Peugeot J5 (81 - 94)
Renault 5 (10.84 - 12.96)

All untested and copied straight out of the internet

thanks Tom it doesnt look good for me then

yet i cant find any onfo on 240 headlight wipers im sure they were common in europe.

Ok trade secret here - the 300, 200 and 700 wiper motors are the same. The differece is in the stem that sticks out. If your motor is dead youcan replace with one from anotehr model. All you have to do is open teh motor and swap the stem the reassemble.

im thinking of just putting it on but not connecting it if the stem is different what about the actual wiper??

Having been to the scrappy yesterday I can confirm that 240 light wipers are about twice the length of 300 ones. 700 ones should fit, and you might get away with some saab ones.

Another little trick...
The headlight wiper arms from a Saab 9000 are a perfect fit for our cars, and are less prone to break than the Volvo ones. Otherwise the wiper arms are the same on the 300 and 700 series!
Saab 900 wiper arms also fit, but they lack the washer fluid jet; they are also a bit bulkier than the others.
