That's not a B200 flywheel!!!
That is for B18 and B20 engines, which are all iron OHV engies used in older Volvos like PV, Duett, P1800, Amazon, 140 and early 240... Totally differen't engines than B200 and B230 series redblocks.

http://www.part-box.com/product_info.ph ... s_id=41331 and was told that this was the wrong one for my 360 2l injection and that i would want the one i posted earlier. i even asked if it had the ring for the crank pick up and told me yep it dos
he even told me he would have to call the supplier to check so he called about about and hour latter and left me a message.....

It won't fit a B18 because B18's are on 6bolt as are B20's upto end 73
The 8 bolt flywheel for the B20 is the same as the B21 and B23

The original one is heavy. I cant remeber exactly how heavy.
My concern is the trigger pattern for the Renix as 240 etc do not use the flywheel as a ignition trigger.

thanks i am and in a long email chat with the supplier about it. we are looking at using a B230 wheel as the one i listed dos not have the trigger ring.
do you know if a B200 and a B230 flywheel are the same ? i under stand they may have a different weight but that will not matter .

It's unlikely ANY they make will have the correct trigger pattern for the 360. Unlike the standard Bosch 60-2, it's something like 22-2-22-2 (or a load of other ways of designating it's none standard ness)

Ok so i now have 2 different company's saying that they have stock of the b200 / b230 wheel in 60-2 and can make one for me in 22-2 but they need to know the exact pattern and its relation to the bolts to get the timing right.....
and one able to help with this ? or can some one lend me a 22-2 wheel for a week ? would be happy to pay for the use of it ?
both will be happy to make up a large batch if more people want one, they are both saying it will be about 5-6 kg and cost some were under £300

If you're changing the fly, how about fitting LH2.4 and then just use the B230 fly. Of course you'll have extra work fitting a new injection system buts i much better
