Right its all sorted now mate!!!
Basically you have two options, firstly i would check inside your door to see if the door loom has the factory connectors for the leccy windows!! Inside the door it will be two spades and under the dash its a white block connector. If you do have these it will make the job very easy!!! However, if you dont, the two options you have are.
1) Run two cables into the door from under the dash. (Not very easy but is possible using some welding rod to poke wires through) or
2) Get the door loom from a car that has leccy windows!!! If you do it this way the only two wires you have to join other than on block connectors are the speaker cables, this is because they are part of the radio loom which is part of the main loom, anyway!!!

Image
This is a pic of the complete loom!!!

Image
If you find this connection, this is the power source for the leccy windows!! Disconnect this and follow the wires!!

Image
You can separate this part of the leccy windows loom without cuting anything!!!
If you are going for option one this is all you need!!!

Image
This is the drivers door loom, if you are using option two this is what you will need also, along with passenger side!!! Note cut speaker cable and two plugs for the central locking switch!!

Image
The passenger loom same as drivers loom bar plugs on central locking!!!

Right i hope this has helped mate!!!!
Oh when you have it up and running a nice upgrade is these 440 switches, will just sit in the standard position but are permanantly illuminated so you can see the switches in the dark!!!! lol

Cheers Adam

If you can get hold of mechanisms cheap with dud motors, go for them as you can change the motor part of the mech whilst in the door!!!!
Its only two torx screws!!!
Put it this way i had that 440 panel 1 motor and the loom for £8

Thanks Adam! That was what i was looking for. I'm going to test it in a minute. The black-red and brown wires were already under the dash.

Today i managed to get everything in the doors. Pretty easy job. Wired it up and fired it up! So both windows work perfectly. Thanks for all the tips and tricks mates!

Easy mick, drop the window right to the bottom and then you can get to two 8mm nuts on the bottom of the window mech undo these and pull window out the inside, side of the door.
Then undo all remaining screw, all phillips heads.
To put the leccy mech in you need to refer to haynes to get an anglke of fitting, then its easy, slip motor end in first, fit mech to door, wind to bottom and replace window.
Note if you have no power to the leccy windows you cannot do this!!!

Oh and the blueline is done nice optional extra to add!!!

Oh whoever upgrades to leccy windows, remember to change fuse no 9 to a 25A else it will continually blow, causing you to lose all the gauges in the cluster!!! Trust me this is from personal experience!!!

This picture shows the stand of the mechanism when you want to get it out of the door.

Image

The picture below shows how the mechanism should be to build it in. For the 5-door you need B in the picture.

Mick, can you also tell me how the wires should be for the left (NL drivers side) electric mirror. So which color wire goes to which pin on the switch? My connection isn´t right, so when i push to the left, the mirror goes down or something... :|
