Hello all,
Today i check the radiator for leaks, i took it out and send it to radiator repair and service. It's a bit tricky to remove it , i need to remove the head light and grill holder, and i change the water temperature sensor T Hose, the one that is currently fit on my car is made from plain steel, it was rusted inside and out side, i ask the guy to do the same size and made from brass. There is a small bubble and they weld it. Finally it's done no water leaks , i just need to replace the T hose..I hope this will make the temperature stable.
Rgds

You could ask the guy who is fixing your radiator to make a hole for the water temp sender.
This is the original position as with the 340.
I have fitted one of those in my 360, before that I had one where I drilled a hole opposite to the lower radiator hose connection. (and used a Honda cub swingarm bolt to tighten the sender.

Ok joris, This is the standard set up right? The sensor is placed on the radiator it self. Actually there is a hole by previous owner, I wonder why he relocate the water temp sensor..above. Read the tempreature much faster? I can do this,.. thanks for the info and pic joris.

Is it not just the fan switch? Non-AC 360 use a viscous coupled fan on the engine.

Hi all, i found out that the problem with water temp is because of the fan.. it's not spinning enough speed when the climate is hot. I'm looking forward to use electrical fan from 940. Just got it at 25 GBP. In the meantime i came across a jaeger oil temp meter..i want to use it in my 360..any advice? it's from the 70's or 80's i guess..it's NOS looks cool..any suggestion where to put the sensor? thanks
