Sure I'd consider if some nice ones came up, but I'd have to get the tires changed from these to the new rims. If I waited for them to run out of tread I'd be waiting about 15 years
I agree that the hubcaps let it down, and some better rims would make a world of difference, but I don't care too much TBH

Yeah, that's why the original tyres were replaced a couple years ago, they still had some legal tread left

I was talking to somone yesterday and cambelts came up. His daughters seat had to get a new one and they quoted something like £300
Dad looked up our recipts last night and found our last change was about £30. It probably didn't need replacing, but as you say, rubber perishes and a belt is simple and cheap...

And as for the belt, definately do it, I think Volvo say every 3 years, and it screws your engine if if goes ping!

I enjoy photography, but have never really learnt much about it except the two thirds rule. I did try out something called HRD on a few of the photos of my car. You take a series (3 in this case) identical photos with different appature settings (brightness) and combine them in photoshop.
