As per title. Is it the 2 wire pump closest to the inner wing? I assume the 4 wire pump is for the windscreen. Car is an '84 mk2 and afaik all but the mk1 are this design, with the pumps in the bottle. I have no rear wiper btw. Anyone know? Can't find the Haynes and I'm simplifying the loom in front of the TV so can't check on the car.

Just looked at the car and it seems it is the 4 wire pump that is for the headlights. Is this to sync the headlamp wipers with the washers?
