Now that is a photoshopped picture, and I'd want to do all four, but I've always wanted a set of these, and I'd be interested in getting a group buy going. They would have to be custom made, and the first step is to get an idea of cost (likely to be a fair bit), but given that a bulk-buy will probably reduce the cost - *at the right price* - who would be interested?
Mmmmmm, I like the standard indicators... So I'm not sure I would change that part. BUT if it's exactly the same appearance and quality as the Hella indicators (just the color change), why not! Hella wouldn't do that?

I think on the right colour car it can make a huge difference - that red car isnt a particularly good example.
I'd make sure they made it out of the same plastic, and it'd be a direct moulding, so hopefully it would be the same quality (I would certainly hope so!!). Hella might well do it, but its a matter of quantity. Realistically, I'll be surprised if we manage to find 10 buyers, in which case I doubt they'd bother...
It's a good idea, i was going to do something similar to mine myself when i get it on monday or tuesday (yay for new car!!!! ) but rather the whole light clusters rather than just the lenses. I might though be interested in getting the front indicators clear, but i havent found inspiration for front lights yet (the new BMW ones are looking promising though with their angel eyes)
I have a nasty feeling all-clears would look a bit saxo...
Al (Black_360_GLT) is planning to fit Jag XJ6 round fronts...but I think I'll be leaving mine the standard shape. The problem with the look of the front of the phase III 300s ain't the lights, its that nasty front bumper.
has anyone thought of this? take the bumper inserts out, fit indicators in there, then remove the indicators alltogether and fit nice headlamps? capristyle

It's a fair point about the age, that's why I'm only going for clear indicator lenses, but there are a lot of cars of this age that had this (most Renualts, Ford Sierras, Alfa 33s, etc)
