rear bumper problems

ffs! the garage i took my car to cant fix the rear bumper cos one of the bolts is loose and they dont want to anglegrind it cos its too near the tank. have you lot got any ideas as to how i can swap them over?

you can always do it yourself or dismantle the fuel tank. it is an easy job to do and no fire possibility...

And if you dismantle that, it's a good opportunity to repair your rust problems there and to put some Blackson on

trouble is i cant get this bolt undone anyways cos its rusted solid.. if i had an angle grinder i could just empty the tank and then do it..

I'd take the tank out...give yourself some space to play with.

While its out, give it a coat of underseal or similar, as they rust on the top = big bill.
