failed odometer.

Hi, it's not really feasible to repair an odometer - the easiest thing is simply change the speedometer/tripmeter complete. There are one or two specialists in the UK who do speedo work - bit I wouldn't know about OZ.

If you can source another speedo it's a fairly simple job to change it over.

If you are not sure how to tackle it - just ask.

Mac.

What exactly has happened to it? If its the mileage clock stopped counting but everything else works there's a way to fix it, but you need to be fairly brave and careful doing it, cos you have to dismantle the speedo head to do it.
