seat belt swapping

My drivers seat belt is begining to fray and my rear seat bels are like new . Are they the same length ie interchangeable before I start taking out the trim to swap them. Many thanks if you can advise

Rear and front seat belts differ on the mountings, I'm pretty sure of that, as the front's mount onto the floor near the base of the door pillar, where as the rears mount below the rear shelf height within the rear quarters, so in theory will be different lengths too. Hope that helps.

and if its anything like mine one of them will be a seatbelt thats like the middle seatbelt. no extenable section just a length adjust. really annoys me.

Front and rears can not be swapped.

When seaking a replacment note that some cars were fitted with black belts and others with grey ones.

Be very careful when removing the plastic cover on the B pilar as if you pull on it it can snap in the middle. There is a slot cut in it for the belt to slid out from

I have some front belts if you want them. Could either post them or drop them off with your engine if you don't need them immediately.
