rev counter

hi i have just swapped a dash assy from my 88 1.4gl into a 85 1.4dl and the rev counter is not working
any body got a wiring

diagram so i can check this out

under the bonnet, find your renix ignition unit. there should be 3 wires in the far right plug, one of these is the rev-counter signal (i believe the outer one, but not sure). if the factory did not pre-wire it, one of these wires will stop at aprox 15 cm of the plug.

found the problem...its not wired up from the renix to the fuse box....but it is from the fuse box to the dash
