Just a little one for you. Not long ago when my volvo had an MOT, and the idea of ever seeing it on the road again was high! My local motor factors warned me they were on the last few of accessible brake line stock for the old girl.

With this in mind and while contacting one of many trade contacts i hold. Ive hopefully got a nice and decent source of 4 hose brake line kits for the 340 and 360 from 1976-1990

Now i should have the price tomorrow some time, that'll be the full retail price but i should be able give all V3M Members at least 10-15% off this price

i noticed on ebay the goodridge set was the best part of £50 before shipping, and although looking at prices for certain other kits is arround £52 its looking possible that it would cost no more than £55 delivered to your door quite possibly Next day if i have them in stock. But i wont no the full price roughly untill tomorrow, if they get back to me.


So with this in mind, whos on the look out for a new set of brake hoses? if i can get a rough idea of numbers I can probably order a lot more in.

I may be.... I assume these are braided SS ones?

300's only have 3hoses, 2 on front; 1 on the rear

Goodridge still send 4 hoses though, so you always get a spare rear

I have Goodridges on atm, and have used Pirtek before to get some made up quick. I just like having stone/tree protection on my brakelines

Yep VolvoDspec. yep 3 hoses but get 4 according to kit list.

Same chris. The company in question do custom lines so im pricing up replacing my rear pipe work as well so i can run it through the chassis leg and out.

Im at work currently so cant check my trade emails but will be able to when i get home.

and pretty certain they are stainless and available in an assortment of colours for an extra £2.00 roughly.

Should be getting a small sample through as well hopefully.

Hmm not looking as cheap as first expected. heres the total cost by the looks of it.
