To be fair mate i'm not sure if they will even go over the brakes. If they are mini fitment then you will need wobble nuts in M12 x 1.25 fitment.

depends on the pcd.
If theyre mini fitment (4x101.1547885221551214821452) youll need pcd variance/ wobble nuts to take up the slack.

if theyre drilled for sleevenuts, and are anything but 4x100, youre in big trouble.

oh and 12" is a bit small mate.
Might have clearance issues.
