From the Haynes manual:
Propeller shaft clamp bolts: B14 and B172 - 27 lb ft / 37 Nm
This information could also be found in the Green Books available here on the forum - the one for the manual transmission has the relevant information: Clamp coupling bolts, propeller shaft ... B14, D16, B172 - 37 Nm

Thanks. I might have the car running by next week

Well done for looking for this information, I've seen so many ruined due to over tightening. Make sure your torque wrench is reasonably accurate, preferably check against someone else's.

Re: Prop shaft clamp torque settings
After reading some of the stuff about the problems that can result I thought it was for the best, just couldn't find the info when I was going to do it. Hopefully I'll get it on Tuesday, I'll check my wrenches too!
