Gearbox help needed

Hello peps I need to know if I can fit a 1700 gearbox to me 360!!! Also does a 1700 bellhousing fit a b200 block!!!

1700 bellhousing does not fit the redblock

the 1700 gearbox can be used, but you have to swap the front piece of the gearbox wich has the mounging points for the torquetube (make sure to use a new gasket!) and bolt the 2 mounts on the diff.

Ok lovely I'll be doing that then as I've just done the gearbox in on my 360 thank u very much for the help

Input shaft is different on the 360 also. The 340 one doesn't have the machined relief for the bolt.

Thanks peps I'll have to whip it all out and sort it as I've blown a hole in my diff housing hence needed to sort it asap

if you just blown a hole in the diff housing, i'd just swap the diff + it's housing!

much easyer and saves a lot more time and effort!
