Yup, drop the prop from both of them, engine out the new shell, engine out the new and straight into the new, loom across, old exhaust back on, prop on, turn key.

simply swapping everything over will be easyer than figuring out what wiring can be kept or can be disquarded.

the whole aftermarket-wiring business is a bit weird imo, i bet i'm one of very few that actually drew schematics incl new color codes from every single wire i added or removed from the stock loom..

jup, you can save the fusebox. all the wiring itself is simply plug & play.

you can make it a bit easyer for yourself to label all the switches/handles etc before you pull them off, in the engine bay the quickest will be to leave the harness attached to the engine

Remember to save the unused looms and fusebox ;)

Differnt engine and running gear, so not really.
360s use the volvo engine where as 340s use the Renault anyway.

far better off starting with a 340 if you want a valver conv.

360 you could do a 2.3 16v turbo conversion from a 700/900 series but it means a lot of fettling.

Yeah man, the 340s have renault engines from the factory. the 1.4s and the 1.7s so thats why its an easy swap.

The shells and brakes on 340/360s (360s bigger drums on the back) are the same, but even the tanks and exhausts are different.
