just wondering if any one knows if the engine under trays from 340 and 360s were the same?

They are different, but different combinations fit different ones.
When the dealers had them, they ran out of 1.7 ones first (I think, could have been 1.4...) and were selling 1.4's for something like £130, or 360 ones for £19....
You can guess which my 1.4 and 1.7 had
