i still get some nikotine in me thou, from snus, but im quitting that too soon, so ive havent actually quit the sh*t yet
just have to get used to not smoking anymore and get less and less nikotine, could also chew nikotine gum, but ive heard that tastes awefull
the bad thing about snus is that it burns away your gums, so if you use it for to long you have the risk with loosing teeth

ya that gum is shit i used it the taste of it ooo stop

Hi Micko.
I don't know about down south but up north here, they treat it like alchoholism.
You take it one day at a time. You get up in the morning and say "i am not going to smoke today"
I was talking to a freind the other day and he told me about a bloke he knows who hadn't had a
smoke for 15 years. He and a few mates were in a bar one day and someone passed around a packet
of fags and he absent mindadly took one, had a draw and said "what am i doing, i don't smoke anymore"
However,the damage was done. He had to ask his mate for onother one. That was him fucked.He was back on the fags again.
That was after a 15 year gap. You just have to take it day by day.
