Well these are the lowering blocks i made at college. I havent got round to fitting them yet as i am getting some front springs from Dai!!!
Anyways they are 40mm!!
What you reckon guys?

I guess the small hole is where the pin on the leaf goes in and the big holes are for weight saving?
Is it aluminum or steel? (looks like steel...)

Yeh that is correct mate. They are steel, but could be made in ally to make them super light!!! i made them from steel as i had it and it didnt cost me anything but they may get changed at some point!!!

The only problem with doing a 60mm set is trying to lower the front the same amount!!! I'm gonna struggle getting the car to sit level doing a 40mm!!! But when i'm back at college i could prob make a set up!!

I believe the coil is still under tension when the car is jacked up...? could dost you a couple of fingers when you start cutting a tensioned coil...

60mm at the front is possible from standard but most 300' have sagged almost that much!!
