Something I thought of today that would be different, is for the 340's with the tyre under the bonnet, have a slight dip in the front panel section that the bonnet hinges near, to allow a bit more space for the spare wheel, where as 360's have the wheel mounted in the boot floor, so don't have the dip in the front panel under the bonnet! So it's possible that not all shells are the same, all 340's maybe and all 360's, but not all 300's?

Who would do something like that?!? As to shells, I'm not sure which bit you're talking about Pete, but you have both shells on hand to check ;)

Indeed, you're right Chris, I do have both shells to check, but I'm not so sure my thoughts are correct now! The dip just seems more noticable in the 340's as the tyre is fitting into it, so I now think it is there on a 360!

And yes, I was thinking about that fact that you cut the holes out in the front of Kar for fog mounting the other day, but forgot all about it when posting my thoughts on 340 fog mounts being there, just not cut out in the front panel!
