Just found this on some foreign Volvo site. It appears to be a Volvo 140, but that think looks like a Camaro

Yep this is Volvo 142. Its swedish made "tractor" called A-traktor and those are not allowed to go more than 45km/h..maybe mefistoteles can tell us more about those

I was going to say that it looked like it had been shortened. The rims are 240 GLT / Turbo 'Virgo' rims painted white.
