The white spoiler? Of course it's a non genuine Volvo part... The rubber is too flexible for that, the paint will crack if you play too much with the spoiler. (if you look to the pics, the paint is gone on some places)

I have seen several apparently painted at the factory on very late cars (91) - they have some sort of very stiff coating prior to painting, which should stop the paint from cracking.
You can paint the original rubber spoiler too. You need something called elastic paint and primer or something like that. So it won't crack on the rubber.
