Locking wheel nuts - info please!
Hi, I've just home refurbished some alloys for my 360, and have just put them on with new tyres. D'oh! Didn't think too hard about this one, but now they look like a thief magnet. I've not been to Halfords yet, but does anybody know the size of locking wheel nut required for the Volvo on standard alloys? Any help gratefully received!!

Cheers!
Thanks Adam - you are a star and I'll get on to it.

Bit of a result with the tyres. I went in for a quote for some Avons -£220. So I knocked them down to £200. Went in today, put the new boots on, guy walks over and takes my old rims off me for £30. The boss then only charges me £170 for the tyres and tracking. Walking out I found £10 on the floor! Beat that!!

Refurb
The home refurb was a good idea at the time, and did save money, but the results are just about OK really. It took ages to do, and the paint is quite thin on thanks to using aerosols. I used 12 cans of wheel silver, two undercoat, and three of lacquer. Will be interesting to see what they are like after a winter.... Also the fitters chipped the edges!

Ha ha!
We all know that, and we all know the rims are worth at best £40 or so, and the car itself not much more than that. But I work in and drive to Brixton. Have to be realistic here - they'll steal the lead from a pencil if they could!
And yes - the correct wheels don't half make a difference. My previous alloys were, well, dull. Funny though, the car feels more sluggish with the new tyres on board. Better grip than the 15 year old slicks it came with though, and the price in the end was a steal.

Thanks!
Cheers dude! Been lazy posting it up is all. Honestly, the rain made all the difference as the car is several colours, but thanks for the compliment. Those rims are pretty cool, and I can see now why people like them. Lots to do on my car, least of all the suspension.
